I used these caps to seal up the ends of a metal handle on a utility cart – just wanted to keep dirt and bugs out. The caps are made of a flexible plastic vinyl and perfectly fit an O.D of 7/8″. They are 1-1/8″ tall, not as short as pictured by . Worked great for my needs as you can see in the photo.
