I use these on anything sitting on my hardwood floors. They stick well to clean surfaces and protect from scratches when I move furniture. The ones that get frequent use like on chair legs, need to be changed more frequently because they will come off eventually.

I bought a China cabinet that came in two stackable components. I wanted to protect the finish of the wood and picked up the Scotch adhesive-backed felt pads. Having a variety of sizes was great as I was trying to fit these pads in various locations at the base of the upper half of the China cabinet. I’m able to adjust positioning without damaging the wood top on the lower half, the buffet.

I have used these pads on chairs, tables, and stools in our house. The mark of a excellent pad is whether they stick. Before using these I had another brand and the pads would always work their way off. These pads seem to stick much better than those and thus far (2-3 weeks) I have had no pads come off (the other pads usually came off within a week). In fact they look to be as tightly and snugly holding on as when I put them there. Therefore, these are excellent pads and stick well — they do the job and it appears you don’t have to keep replacing them. I highly recommend them.

These assorted felt tips were a great addition to my kitchen chairs. These tips were easily attached to the feet of my chairs. I wiped the chair leg bottoms with a soft cloth or hand, pulled the felt off the paper and stuck it on to the bottom of the chair leg. This felt fit perfectly and allowed my chair to glide across the floor quietly. I like the convenience of having multiple sizes. The felt tips feel strong to touch and to hold to chair during movements without falling off. (So far, so good!)

I’ve tried several brands of these felt pads and these have the best stick of any I have used. I love the assortment found in this pack, also. Prior to getting this pack, I found myself running back and forth to the store having to try to find the size I needed but this pack solved all the needs. The pads work great on my furniture. I have hardwood and tile floors and I have not had any furniture scratches since using these. Great product!

Excellent product. Must ensure to use 220 grit or so sandpaper to smooth out the chair legs, and clean with isopropal alcohol before applying to ensure a good stick.

Received the Scotch 78-Pack Beige Assorted Felt Pad promptly by mail. The first thing I did is to place pads on the legs of my oak chairs which allows my chairs to slide easily on my hardwood dining room floor, and they have remain in place during all the holiday usage. Next I placed the larger pads on the dining room table, allowing the table to slide easier when needing to be moved protecting the hardwood floor. Next I placed the smallest pads on the edge of the cabinet doors and drawers in the kitchen. All the pads are doing an excellent job of protecting the woods which they are attached.
I plan to place pads on my living room furniture, coach, and chairs legs: and can’t think of a better product to use. I highly recommend Scotch brand pads to protect furniture and floors.

I have used these felt pads on a number of things around my house! I put them on the bottom of my kitchen stools and no more scratching up my tile floors! They also slide out from underneath the table quietly now. I’ve used the tiniest felt pads on the inside of my kitchen and bathroom cabinets so that when my kids slam the cabinet doors it’s no longer as loud!! The other place that I’ve used these are under the ceramic canisters on my counter. I slide them across the counter tops quite frequently and this has eliminated that scratchy noise they make. The only downside that I noticed is that when I first took the tiniest pads off, I stuck a few on my fingers to hold while I was attaching the others. When I took them off my fingers to apply them, they were not as sticky. I did not reduce my rating as when placed directly on the surfaces, they all stuck fast. I would definitely recommend trying these!!

I put these on my iron kitchen chairs and they have stayed in place much better than the generic ones I tried a few years ago. The cheaper ones I used in the past came off after just a few weeks. These are easy to use, just wipe the surface clean and stick. I had one out of 16 come off when applying them to my kitchen set, maybe I didn’t clean the surface as well as needed, but there were more than enough extra to replace it and they have stayed in place since to keep from scratching the hardwood flooring. Recommended!
