The felt pad is more solid than I expected and the adhesive is substantial. Be sure not to touch the adhesive before placing on the desired spot. It can be moved once it has been placed but try to avoid it as it will reduce the effectiveness of the adhesive. Splitting the ring to different sizes is relatively easy but be carefully about touching the adhesive side. I used it on the bottom of a coffee maker we slide from the corner to the front of the counter. Without telling my wife, she commented how easy the coffee maker slid on the countertop. The outside ring can be shaped to oblong if necessary and still works well. The full pad is substantial enough to use on anything as light as a kitchen garbage can or as heavy as a couch or arm chair.

I received this product to review. It came as promised and I put some on the bottom of my dinning room chair. The feet have a square shape to them; but, by pealing off a couple of the rings off the felt pads, they fit just fine. It was really easy to pull off the rings to size them to the legs of the chair. They are sticking to the wooden legs very well so far.

I’m pretty impressed with these new Scotch felt pads. I wasn’t sure about adhesives on a pad for something I move around all the time like a stool or chair. But in the short time I’ve owned them I think they are going to hold up great. The concentric rings make cutting them to size easy with a pair of scissors. And once stuck on they do not seem likely to come unless I pry at them. Nice smooth glide on our laminate floor without being slippery. Great product.

I used the Custom Fit Felt Pads under our living room recliners. They use to travel on the wooden floor and now they stay put unless we choose to move them. They do slide easily. I am very happy to know that our furniture will not damage our wooden floors. I plan on purchasing more to use under other furniture we have. I love that they are set to custom fit as we have 4 chairs that have large back legs and smaller front legs. These easily solve that condition.

I did receive this product for free. When I went to install these pads on the bottom of our kitchen counter stools, I was not sure how many rings it was going to take. I left them all on and they now are providing extra protection for our painted quarter round as the stools are pushed back under the counter.

I received these felt pads from 3M for free to review. They are VERY easy to use. You can take perforated rings of felt off of them until they fit the feet of your chair (or whatever you’re putting them on). The adhesive seems strong – like it’ll last a very long time. Now my chairs won’t gouge my hardwood floor anymore!

3M sent me a sample of the Scotch Custom Fit Felt pads to try out. I needed to change the felt pads on my kitchen chairs because the old ones were breaking down and wearing flat. Application was easy and it was nice to have a selection of sizes to fit on the bottom of the chair legs. They have a very strong adhesive so I know they will stay stuck! I saved the larger rings that were left to use on the bottom of vases or other items in order to protect furniture that they sit on. I highly recommend this product.

What I really love us is that they are self sticking for a strong bond. They are easy to adjust to fit the right size for my furniture. The felt us very soft yet strong to help protect all my floors in my home.
This is a great new innovative product because they are customizable to fit my furniture.

This is one of the most innovative products I have seen recently. Not only could I use them on the bottom of some chairs/end table but I used the extra “rounds” I had removed for sizing on some kitchen cabinet doors to stop them from banging shut!!! These were amazing and am now going to buy them for other applications.

We have table chairs, a desk chair and bar stools and they use different size felt pads. These 3M-Scotch Custom Fit Felt Pads are great because they work on all of our chairs. They stick much better than the previous pads and they feel smoother. The chairs seem to slide easier than before. I am so glad that 3M-Scotch sent these to me for free or I might not have tried them. I highly recommend these felt pads!

The Scotch Custom Fit Felt Pads are a great way to protect all your surfaces from scratching and sliding damages. Just peel and stick the pad on the bottom of a chair leg, table, ect… I also put a couple under my large blue tooth speaker that sits on my computer desk. They are easy to size correctly and make sliding stuff around easy peasy. If you can imagine a surface that needs protected these pads will fit and do the job. Such a good design and so easy to apply. Good stuff.

I placed the felt pads under my Lazy-Boy recliner and they worked very well. They help prevent scratching on the floor whenever I have to move or adjust the Lazy-Boy recliner. Although I don’t move my couch very often, I will probably by some felt pads for it, also.

I was sent these to test out and review. They are working pretty good. I have not had any issues with the adhesive not working. I cleaned the feet of my chairs before applying, of course. the size selection part is a plus. So much easier than trying to trim the one you brought home and it was too big. We have all been there. 3M sent this product to me to try. Before receiving it I had never known how much I needed it. Leave it up to 3M/Scotch to solve a problem before I knew I had it. Furniture legs come in all sizes, and often you but pads in different sizes, some may fit or if you get correct size you have to buy more than you need. With the Fit to Size pads you always have the right size for the job. In addition the stick great and work very well!

I use felt pads on all my kitchen and dining room chairs and needed to replace the ones I currently use. I find it hard to find the right size to cover the leg but not show. These Scotch Custom Fit Pads were the answer. They come in two colors, beige and brown, I chose brown to match my chairs. The adhesive is strong and they are easy to apply and fit to size. My only con is that only come in round. I wish they offered them in a square size. I highly recommend them.

I recently bought an over the kitchen sink counter which was slightly too short and the faucet hit the bottom of the shelf. I doubled up the Scotch custom fit felt pads on the bottom of each leg of the shelf. It now is perfect. The felt pads stick to one another so stacking was not an issue. And I did have to customize the size of the pad which fit perfectly on the legs. This is a great product and is one of those that you don’t know that you need – until you need it.

Got these just as our new luxury vinyl floor was installed. We use them on the legs of wood chairs and they stick very nicely. They were very easy to install and the chairs glide effortlessly. We have only used them for about 10 days and love them. Since these were provided as a trial, I was happy to know for sure what worked with our furniture and floor before buying enough for our home.

I received a free sample of Scotch Custom Fit Felt Pads and it was just what I needed. These are a great design which allows one to adjust the fit just right. I had a kitchen chair that had an uneven leg. I put this felt pad on and presto, it’s fixed. The adjustable size makes it great looking as it can’t even be seen. I highly recommend this product as it’s great for multiple flooring options as well as decor options.

I used these on recliner and sofa feet. Strong stick on adhesive. The fit to size is a great feature. Nothing to measure to get the right size for you furniture. Just stick it on the furniture feet and remove the loose rings of felt. Always a prefect feet. They are thicker and heavier so I expect a longer life.
