Order shows I received item # 5675674 even though it was never received. I went to the store on 12/2 to see what was going on I spoke with head cashier (Crystal) and she look up the order and confirmed it was not yet delivered to the store and was expected to arrive on 12/4. She claimed to have fix the status of this item and I could pick it up after 12/4. When I went to pick it up today 12/7 they claimed they could not find any record of this order or this item ever being purchased by me, even though I brought the purchase order with me. Disappointed !
