They were not adequately lubricated. The store did not have enough of these. They had the ones that locked but we did not need those.

Recently added the 2-in Rubber Caster with a locking mechanism to my garage cabinet and it’s been a fantastic upgrade! The wheels roll effortlessly, making shifting the cabinet around a breeze, and the rubber ensures no nasty marks on my garage floor. The locking mechanism is a lifesaver — no more sliding cabinet when I’m trying to grab tools. Installation was pretty straightforward. My only small gripe is I wish the lock lever was a bit larger for easier access. But all in all, for anyone looking to mobilize their garage storage, these casters are a solid choice. Two thumbs up!

Relatively heavy-duty and well made. I am using them on a welding table and I welded them onto the legs of the table. No problems at all. I expect them to hold about 300-500 lb. total and still roll smoothly. The bearings are large enough to handle some rough flooring, but I’m not sure how the plastic wheels will hold up. Only time will tell on that one.

I used this for a movable work bench in my garage and they held up very well. The locks are a bit tricky to operate but overall I am satisfied.

I will never shop at Lowe’s again assistant had me put in my information for veterans discount which was nonexistent…. I feel you were taking advantage of veterans by stating and promoting these veteran discounts when they don’t exist! I will be contacting the Indiana Secretary of State and the Indiana American legion to voice my concerns
